I write to you with great sincerity and appreciation for the wonderful and professional experience that I had from beginning to end with you and your staff, not to mention my great new smile!

As General Manager for a Cadillac Dealership, I know something about meeting customer expectations at a very high level.  From my very first consultation and the subsequent dozens of office visits, I was treated like a true VIP by each and every member of your staff on every visit.  I was welcomed with true enthusiasm and recognized even by the technicians and associates who were not providing care to me on that day.  Everyone who made eye contact with me spoke with me or at least acknowledged me with a wave or smile.  I felt like a guest in your home at first and eventually like a family member!  This type of care reflects great training and leadership.  More importantly, it tells me that you are both blessed to have such wonderful, caring associates employed in this office.  These wonderful women went overboard to represent your office as a place where I will eagerly send friends and family for their orthodontic needs.  You should be proud of the job that they do….and they should have great pride as well!

Over the full term of my treatment there were many chances for someone, (anyone) to fall short of excellence.  No one did.  There were plenty of chances for me to have just an average experience.  I never did.  Instead, I eagerly looked forward to my visits and the opportunity to be blown away by the care of your staff.  They always did.

I have a great story to tell my own team now.  I learned a great lesson myself in customer care by watching true professionals and two very caring doctors at work.

We love coming to your office.  Everyone is very friendly and helpful.  My daughter really enjoyed the extra “perks”, such as the water bottle filled with candy when her braces were taken off.  Thank you for your attention to the little things!  It pays off.
